Welcome to Aniahs Creative Solutions (ACS) and SWAGCITY. By using this website, submitting an order, requesting a quote, approving a design, or purchasing a product or service, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions.

Aniahs Creative Solutions (ACS) provides creative services including, but not limited to, graphic design, branding, website design, commercial production, social media content, email marketing, custom apparel, company shirts, promotional merchandise, and related business services.

SWAGCITY provides custom apparel, brand merchandise, event apparel, group orders, and related products.

All prices, quotes, and estimates are based on the information provided by the customer at the time of request. Pricing may change if project details, quantities, materials, design requirements, deadlines, or service needs change.

A quote does not guarantee final pricing until all details are reviewed and confirmed.

Payment requirements will be provided before the start of each project or order. Some projects may require a deposit, partial payment, or full payment before work begins.

Deposits and payments may be non-refundable once work has started, materials have been ordered, or production has begun.

Final files, completed products, printed items, apparel, website access, or completed project materials may not be released until the balance is paid in full.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate project information, including names, wording, spelling, dates, sizes, colors, quantities, logos, images, and any other required content.

ACS/SWAGCITY is not responsible for delays, errors, or additional costs caused by incomplete, incorrect, or late information provided by the customer.

Design proofs, mockups, drafts, or previews may be provided for customer review before final production.

Customers are responsible for carefully reviewing all details before approval, including spelling, grammar, colors, layout, placement, names, dates, phone numbers, website links, logo use, product details, and all design elements.

Once a design, proof, mockup, or layout is approved by the customer, the design is considered final. Any approved business materials, apparel designs, printed products, digital designs, website content, or custom orders will move forward based on that approval.

Once designs are approved, all business materials and custom orders are final. ACS/SWAGCITY is not responsible for errors, changes, or revisions requested after approval.

If changes are requested after approval, additional fees may apply. If production has already started, changes may not be possible.

Projects may include a limited number of revisions depending on the service or package purchased. Revisions are intended for reasonable adjustments to the original concept and do not include complete redesigns, major direction changes, or new project requests.

Additional revisions, major changes, or new design directions may require additional fees.

Custom apparel, printed items, promotional products, and personalized merchandise are made specifically for each customer. Because these items are custom-made, they cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded once approved and produced.

Customers are responsible for confirming sizes, colors, quantities, garment styles, spelling, design placement, and all order details before approval.

Turnaround times may vary depending on the type of project, order size, product availability, customer response time, revision requests, and production schedule.

Estimated completion dates are not guaranteed unless specifically agreed to in writing. Delays caused by late approvals, missing information, supplier issues, shipping delays, or customer changes may extend the project timeline.

Rush orders may be available depending on schedule, materials, and project type. Rush services may require an additional fee.

Rush orders still require timely customer communication, approval, and payment. ACS/SWAGCITY is not responsible for delays caused by late responses, missing information, or delayed approvals.

If a customer cancels a project after work has started, the customer may still be responsible for work completed, time spent, materials ordered, design preparation, administrative costs, or production expenses.

Custom orders, approved designs, digital products, and completed services may not be eligible for cancellation or refund.

Due to the nature of custom design work, branding services, website services, digital files, printed products, and custom apparel, all sales may be final once work has started, a design has been approved, or production has begun.

Refunds, replacements, or credits may be reviewed on a case-by-case basis only if ACS/SWAGCITY determines there was an error made on our part.

Website services, branding packages, digital designs, marketing content, and online presence services are based on the information, content, images, and approvals provided by the customer.

Customers are responsible for reviewing all website content, links, spelling, design layout, service information, pricing, and business details before approval and launch.

After approval, additional changes, updates, or revisions may require additional fees.

If customers provide logos, images, artwork, wording, garments, products, or other materials, the customer confirms they have permission to use those materials.

ACS/SWAGCITY is not responsible for copyright, trademark, licensing, ownership, or usage issues related to customer-supplied materials.

Designs, concepts, files, templates, drafts, layouts, and creative work produced by ACS/SWAGCITY remain the property of ACS/SWAGCITY until the project is paid in full.

Final files or usage rights may be provided based on the service purchased and the terms agreed upon for the project.

ACS/SWAGCITY reserves the right to display completed work, designs, products, photos, or project samples in portfolios, marketing materials, websites, and social media unless otherwise agreed in writing.

For project-related information, content, feedback, or discussions, customers should send a detailed email. ACS/SWAGCITY will respond during normal business hours.

Delays in customer communication, content submission, approval, or payment may delay the project timeline.

ACS/SWAGCITY is not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages related to the use of this website, products, services, designs, delays, customer-provided information, or approved final work.

ACS/SWAGCITY reserves the right to update or change these Terms and Conditions at any time. Updates will be posted on this website and will be effective once published.
